Add New Locations
There are a number of ways to add new locations in the metaclinic system. Some of these ways include;
- Expand My Network on the Dashboard page
- Invite a New Location from the New Consultation Request page
Expand My Network on the Dashboard Page
- Go to the metaclinic Dashboard page
- Select the Expand my Network button
- This will take you the Network page
- Select the New Network Location at the top right
- This will bring up the Expand Network menu, where you will scroll to the bottom and select Invite a New Location
- This brings up the New Network Location menu, where you will enter the following information:
- Location Name
- Location Type
- Law Firm
- Referrer
- Physician Office
- Laboratory
- Insurance Provider
- Chiropractic Office
- Medical Service Provider
- Medical Device Manufacturer
- Care Management Company
- Diagnostic Imaging Center
- Factoring Company
- Billing Company
- Other
- Contact Email
- Select the Invite to metaclinic box
- Custom Invite Message (optional)
- When all the correct information has been entered, select Invite.
Invite a New Location from New Consultation Request
- Select Cases from the top menu
- Select the appropriate Case # to access the Case Page
- Once on the Case Page, Select the New Consultation Request
- From the Consultation Request menu, select Receiving Location
- Scroll all the way to the bottom and select Invite a New Location
- This brings up the New Network Location menu, where you will enter the following information:
- Location Name
- Location Type
- Law Firm
- Referrer
- Physician Office
- Laboratory
- Insurance Provider
- Chiropractic Office
- Medical Service Provider
- Medical Device Manufacturer
- Care Management Company
- Diagnostic Imaging Center
- Factoring Company
- Billing Company
- Other
- Contact Email
- Select the Invite to metaclinic box
- Custom Invite Message (optional)
- When all the correct information has been entered, select Invite.
